Approximately 8 hours of self paced modules via an online learning platform.Work your way through a combination of theory content, video footage, exercise libraries, screening forms and class programs at your own pace.

Face-To-Face Learning
Prefer to learn in a face to face environment? The face to face workshop is perfect for you. This option involves a 1 day workshop in a small group or private learning environment. Work your way through theory and practical elements in the 65 page course manual.

FAQs
How long does the online course take?
The online course is self placed so it depends what speed you work at. From feedback you can expect to spend approximately 6-8 hours working through the modules.
Is there an assessment element?
Yes, in both the online & face to face workshop there is an assessment element to receive your qualification. You will be prompted to complete a 20 question multiple choice quiz. You will also be asked to complete a practical element in which you will submit a short video of you teaching 5 exercises appropriate for either an antenatal or postnatal client. If completing the face to face workshop this will completed on the day.
How long do I have to complete the online course?
Once you enrol you should aim to complete the course in 6 months however you will access to the content ongoing.
Can I get personal support throughout the online course?
Yes, the training provided by Women’s Health Collaborative gives you support at any stage of the course by direct access to the course writer.
Is the course designed for reformer or matwork pilates?
The course currently has a larger focus on reformer pilates however the majority of the content can be applied to matwork pilates.
Do I already need to be qualified in pilates to complete the course?
Yes, to get the most out of the course you need to have either completed your matwork and/or reformer qualification with any institution. This will ensure you get the most out of the course. The course is designed for both new and experienced instructors or health professionals teaching pilates.
Can I do a payment plan?
Currently this is not an option. You will need to pay a once of investment of $450 to enrol in the course. Please note, at Women’s Health Collaborative we are passionate about making our education accessible to all so if you are motivated to completed the course however finances are a barrier please email.
Can I organise a face to face course to be held at my studio?
Yes. This course can be travelled and delivered as a day workshop for a group of instructors. Please reach out to organise this.
Can I do a face to face workshop with a friend?
Yes, if you want to complete the course with another instructor or with a small group please reach and and organise a date and location.
